Raphanus sativus is a homoeopathic medicine prepared from the fresh black garden radish, belonging to the Brassicaceae family. Traditionally used for its digestive and biliary properties, this medicine acts prominently on the digestive tract, liver, nervous system, and female reproductive organs. It is particularly suited for conditions involving trapped flatulence, hepatic disorders, nervous excitability, hysterical complaints, and post-operative abdominal distension.
